The Dezrez Valuation Tool is written for dezrez negotiators who perform valuations on property.
The tool enables you to take your iPad with you on the road, and use it to record basic property details, view comparable information, and update vendor records in the dezrez system.
You can even add a few photographs to your valuations.
And, best of all, IT'S FREE!!

What's New
Bug fixes and enhancements, including:
- Fixed issue where a property would not sync in some circumstances.
- Fixed issue where keyboard would pop follow certain gestures on the login screen.
- Fixed Titles drop down to include all values available within Dezrez.
- Added timestamp to appointment memos to show when a appointment was duplicated within the app.
- Added logout confirmation prompt.
- Updated how rooms and floors are handled for properties that are already synced.
- Updated grammar and wording in several areas.
- Renamed Convert function to Duplicate, to correctly reflect its function.
- Duplicate function now moves the duplicate property directly to the Valued status in dezrez, in appose to Pre-Val as it did previously.
