The Panel App gives you the option to redeem points for sweepstakes entries or a guaranteed prize. The guaranteed prizes have "GUARANTEED" in front of the prize name. When you redeem for the guaranteed prize, you will be emailed the gift card on the Monday following the day you redeem.
